It is so quiet and peaceful now — the place is so different, more livable, safer, and clean. The property/office manager is very nice and actually listens to the tenants. She is always in the office or on the property, and she even comes to visit us to make sure we are doing well. They are actually making a change, and even my guests have complimented how different and nice it looks now. They are thinking of us tenants who live here and helping us with our concerns. "Hello everybody, it's your girl Denise, a.k.a. DD! I wanted to come today and share some good updates on what's going on where I stay. I'm at Northwood II Apartments on Grimmett Drive. These apartments have just been taken over by new ownership. If you remember my old videos, you remember how it used to be. Well, as you can see, they're cutting things back, renovating, we have new maintenance people fixing our appliances, new utilities, we have everything coming in. If you're looking for a new spot, if you don't mind meeting great new people, getting into a new place that feels like home, with new security and police patrol (all things we didn't have in the past), this is the place to be. Come by anytime. We have a new office lady who is amazing, doing her job, getting to know everybody. We have new owners, and like I said, they do things differently."
